Rajiv Sikka is Group CIO for Medanta multi-super specialties group of hospitals span across multiple locations in India. In the current role he is responsible for group IT Function covering initiatives for digital transformation and IT Operations.
His core strength lies in formulating and executing enterprise wide multi-years IT roadmap covering infra, applications, security, compliance, partner ecosystem. He has executed large-scale, across countries, multi-year programs involving heterogeneous technologies varying from package applications to custom build to cloud. As a technologist, he has implemented projects in emerging technologies involving Big Data, IoT and AI.
Prior to joining Medanta, Rajiv had worked at Polaris as Senior Vice President for ~13 years. In early days of his career, he has worked extensively in multiple regions covering US, Europe, Japan & Asia.
