I am sure that you would have gone through Part-I of this article and by this time you would have already applied those tips in your routine life. Find herewith more information about water consumption and proven best practices.

Water consumption after food intake?

We all drink water day in & day out but we forget important thing which is when to drink water and how much. While having food we can take one or two sips of water (not more) but we should not take water just after having a meal. We should take water only after one hour of having food.
There is saying in Ayurveda – “भोजने च अमृतं वारि भोजनांते विषप्रदं”
It means “The water taken in between food acts like nectar & the water taken at the end of the meal is equal to poison”.
